Neiva Cimini is a certified massage therapist (Belgian Federation of Massage Therapy), lymphatic disorders specialist and creator of the NCT Method® (Neiva Cimini Technique) — a clinical lymphatic drainage approach recommended by plastic surgeons in Belgium and abroad. She is the founder of Maison Ipanema Institute, with locations in Maasmechelen and Meise, Belgium, and has been based in Belgium since 2015.
Her work is dedicated to applied lymphology: postoperative rehabilitation after plastic surgery, conservative management of lipedema in partnership with a multidisciplinary network of physicians, management of lymphatic disorders, and the development of evidence-based lymphatic drainage protocols grounded in the physiology of the body.

The NCT Method®
The NCT Method® (Neiva Cimini Technique) is a clinical approach to lymphatic drainage and postoperative recovery grounded in three pillars:
- Lymphatic Anatomy & Tissue Precision — Every manoeuvre respects the pathway of the lymphatic system, the vascularisation and the anatomical changes produced by surgery. Direction is determined by physiology, never by a fixed protocol.
- Mechanobiology & Fascial Remodelling — Connective tissue remodelling depends on the right mechanical stimulus. The goal is not to “break fibrosis”, but to promote gliding between tissue planes and guide an organised healing process.
